Medical device manufacturer iHealth has announced its US$69.95 (RM231) Edge fitness tracker, with a button-less, round design that's easy to use and a snazzy blue light display that's easy on the eyes.
Don't be fooled by its good looks, however — the gadget can handle submersion in water up to 50m deep and tracks swim data, making it a must-have for aqua-philes.
It's also equipped with sensors that work around the clock and determine automatically when the user has drifted off to sleep, whether for the night or for a nap.
Like most trackers, it can count steps and calories burned and automatically detects exercise.
The corresponding app, called My Vitals, works with both Android and Apple devices.
Swimmers might also be interested in the US$149 (RM493) Garmin Swim and US$449.99 (RM1,489) Forerunner XT, released earlier this month.
