It is a device that lifts a person into an erect position, transfers him or her and is for motion on surface areas. The aid is indicated for all those who are not able to sustain or produce the strength or movements necessary for the standing position or transfers and in particular for those with function limitations of the limbs and torso. It is appropriate for autonomous use by the user in all domestic environments. 

Verticalness takes place with a motor unit powered by rechargeable batteries and a push button control. The operation is also assisted by movement of the thoracic support, which thanks to a pantograph system, follows the user along the entire course. 

In addition, the apparatus is equipped with a joystick control unit and two motors that allow it to carry out convenient, completely autonomous transfers. 

An ample range of adjustments is foreseen in order to adapt the aid to the measurements of the user. In particular, It is adaptable to users between 150 and 190 cm tall. The aid can be partially folded back or disassembled to be easily transported in the car or to be placed out of the way.
