Even under production conditions, this mobile form and roughness measurement device provides traceable, repeatable and stable results. The IF-Portable covers measurement areas with up to 50x50x19 mm dimension and is based on Focus-Variation technology.

The system is resistant to vibrations and temperature variations and provides high measurement accuracy. It is also compact and portable. Users can obtain a vertical resolution of up to 10 nm with components having small angles and radii or steep flanks.
