MAGNUS has proven its excellence with an installed base of over 1000 operating tables in all surgical disciplines and in extreme situations.

The superb operating table system MAGNUS is the result of systematic improvements. Extreme articulations for perfect and ergonomic access as well as unique X-ray capabilities offer the best support for the patient and the surgical team. MAGNUS has slope angles of up to 80° and tilt angles of up to 45°, which can also be combined. MAGNUS offers also extreme positioning possibilities in terms of height: the lifting range from 535 to 1235 mm grants an ergonomic workbench. Also in terms of stability MAGNUS is setting standards. It bears patient weight up to 250kg and under certain circumstances even up to 380kg.

Flexibility and stability

MAGNUS’ OR table column enables extreme positions and optimum access. Its slope saddle technology allows for slope angles up to 80° with simultaneous tilt angles of up to 45°. It ensures stable lateral tilt and provides optimum radioscopy conditions as well as free access to the surgical field, with a corresponding working radius.

Thanks to a wide variety of modules the OR table system MAGNUS can be set up easily for all kinds of surgical interventions.

Ergonomic working conditions

With its extreme height adjustment, MAGNUS contributes to relaxed working even during longer operations, while standing or sitting.

Intraoperative fluoroscopy

Due to its extreme working radius, MAGNUS achieves a position where the patient is almost "floating", providing optimum radioscopy possibilities and free access to the surgical field from all directions.

Thanks to the Easy-Click technology, it just takes a single hand movement to interchange the MAGNUS modules, easily and safely.

Easy cleaning

All cushioning can be removed without tools and is easy to clean and disinfect.

SFC padding

The SFC padding (80 mm) with multi-layer design offers patients significantly greater comfort and supports decubitus prevention.

User-friendly

There are intuitively recognisable icons on the hand-held controller. Back-lit keys ensure comfortable and safe working in a darkened operating theatre.
