The system provides historical, current, and predictive views of radiology operations in the form of real-time dashboards, management reports and ad-hoc queries - all in a single browser window.

IMPAX Business Intelligence is designed to fulfil the need of healthcare managers and care providers to get the maximum benefit from the combined clinical, business and administrative data available in IMPAX and all its modules, from RIS to reporting. Using data inside of IMPAX Business Intelligence Data Warehouse, a key component of IMPAX Business Intelligence, managers and care providers may improve the efficiency of their operations, achieve a high level of patient satisfaction, better understand their market and improve their competitiveness. The solution identifies trends and cost-saving opportunities as well as workflow bottlenecks which restrict efficiency.

Detailed management reports and statistics offer the possibility to dive deeper into data and make decisions based on well-defined information. The dashboard provides an executive view and online monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). The easy-to-use ad hoc structured query tool requires little training and enables users to make advanced and complex queries, as well as generate reports. The notification system automatically sends alerts to designated users if a specific threshold value has been exceeded, for example if a patient has been waiting for more than 30 minutes.
