PETALING JAYA: Enjoy a day of health, fitness and fun at the Sunway Medical Centre's Open Day tomorrow from 9am to 3pm.
There are activities and games for the whole family.
Get a health screening which includes a BMI reading, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and visual acuity checks.
Doctors and dietitians will be on hand to advise based on the result of the tests.
Among the games to keep the whole family entertained are The Amazing SunMed Drive Hunt, Zumba Party, Children Colouring contest, healthy cooking contest and nappy-changing contest.
Children will be thrilled with the inflatable castle and the antics of the clowns and magicians. There will also be a blood donation drive.
