BEVERLY Wilshire Medical Centre celebrated its first anniversary with the launch of its very own skincare line.
The line comprises six products including Rose Hip Seed Cleanser, CoQ10 Toner, Multipeptide Serum, 100% Pure Hyaluronic Moisturiser, Wildberry Extract with Kojic Acid and Suncreen Spray SPF29.
Guests at the celebration were pampered with Visia skin assessment, hair removal and vein removal demonstration, caricature sessions, hand pampering by Thai Odyssey and door gifts.
“Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre is set to be the biggest player in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine and healthy ageing.
“We strive to deliver advanced procedures and technology in our services at all times,” said the centre’s medical director Dr Mohamad Nasir Zahari.
Its medical staff also gave public talks including consultant plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon Datuk Dr Abdul Jalil Jidon as well as consultant aesthetic physicians Dr Karen Po and Dr Wong Chee Hin.
Consultant physician and cardiologist Assoc Prof Dr Chin Sze Piaw spoke on cell therapy treatment while consultant in hair restoration Dr Mark Tam spoke on hair transplantation techniques.
“We have pioneered the use of TIGR Matrix in Malaysia for ultimate body makeovers.
“We were also the first to introduce Liposonix treatment and recently added more new treatments such as cleft lip surgery and hair transplant to our vast range of services,’’ said the centre’s managing director Mark Woodruff.
He added that Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre was recently named one of the best medical centres by Bazaar Spa Awards 2013 and Malaysian Women’s Weekly Spa Awards 2013.
Woodruff said more outlets are planned following the opening of the centre’s new clinic in Tropicana City Mall.

The centre has been the official beauty medical centre for Miss Tourism International 2012 and Miss Universe Malaysia 2013.
It also snagged the Malaysian Interior Designs Award 2012 for public category by the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers.
