Bhd. have invested in setting up a Datrend AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.  

Only Datrend AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS can provide true factory service and calibration. Comparative verification IS NOT Calibration.  Datrend devices store their calibration data in internal memory and are calibrated using proprietary calibration software, along with precise and proprietary measurement fixtures which are only available to authorized service centers. These service centers are trained in the correct methods of calibration and their test fixtures are calibrated on an annual basis.

Service Providers who claim to service Oxitest, Infutest and other Datrend products simply can't adequately provide all the required services. They don't have access to the required software, fixtures or testing protocols for your devices and cannot provide software or firmware upgrades as they become available. Adjustments made to your test equipment may actually take them OUT of calibration.
