CEEXO 2006 The New CellExplorer

CEEXO 2006 Standard - the standard version of CellExplorers 2006 has chiefly been developed to count and measure microscopic objects. Macro-similar functions guarantee a high counting throughput and a comfortable level of automation. The CEEXO 2006 counts and sorts objects of various colours. The automatic distinction of various shapes is a particularly innovative feature. Round shapes (undifferentiated cells) can, for instance, be automatically distinguished from oval forms (differentiated cells). Objects lying adjacent to each other are automatically separated and counted by the software.

CEEXO 2006 Standard is characterised by the fact that it is extremely user-friendly. The software was "developed by scientists for scientists". CEEXO reads all current image formats. The CEXXO 2006 controls scanners and cameras with a "twain-compatible" interface.

CEEXO 2006 Standard comprises complex image processing. The standard equipment has over 30 different filters. Sharpness, incorrect colours, colour intensification, searching margins, fluorescence separation and background separation are just some of the many tools available.

CEXXO 2006 - The new CellExlorer 2006 possesses all the functions of the standard version. Moreover, the CEXXO 2006 comprises special tools to assess scientific tests. Analysis of the area of inhibition can, for instance, be used to test active ingredients in defined test systems. The CEXXO 2006 supports all pharmaceutical research guidelines.

CEEXO 2006 provides special templates for the evaluation of fungal and colony cultures. Flat, spiral templates are used internationally in order to unify counts.

CEEXO 2006 - all the adjustments can be saved by the user and transformed into automatic routines. All procedures are then implemented automatically. The results are stored in a database and can be accessed at any time.
