KUALA LUMPUR - IHH Healthcare Bhd’s unit Gleneagles Development Pte Ltd has subscribed for a 51% stake in Continental Hospitals Ltd for RM166.73mil.
It said on Monday CHL’s core activities are delivering primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary healthcare services.
According to its website, the India-headquartered Continental Hospitals is a 750-bed super specialty hospital which opened its doors in March 2013.
“Continental’s carefully chosen team of experts , who are internationally-recognized healthcare professionals from over 30 specialties, is dedicated to providing top-notch patient care using world-class medical equipment and superior technology,” it said.
