Mahkota Medical Centre (MMC) is providing an alternative for those doing their annual health screening during the recovery movement control order (MCO) in Melaka.
Its chief executive officer Stanley Lam said the hospital made it convenient for patients during this period by enabling them to go for their annual health screening without much hassle.
He said patients could call to make an appointment with the hospital’s health screening department and select their preferred time.
“Upon confirmation, the patient just has to drive to the hospital lobby and assigned personnel will perform the necessary procedures on the spot.
“Thereafter, a physician for the health screening will contact the patient for further explanation upon receiving the results,” he added.
Lam said the move was in line with the hospital’s mission to deliver the highest quality clinical care and compassionate service to every patient.
“The hospital is always mindful about safety of its patients,” he said.
