Novartis Malaysia snags Top Employer Award for 2020

Novartis Malaysia, a global leader in the healthcare space has been awarded the Top Employer for 2020.

A highly sought after recognition, this certificate was given by the independent Top Employers Institute, a global company which recognizes excellence in people practices.

“As part of our commitment to always place our associates at the forefront, we are introducing a new parental leave policy, offering equal parental leave to all parents through birth, surrogacy or adoption.

“This global policy which will take effect by 1st January 2020 offers 14 weeks (3.4 months) fully paid parental leave,” said Anne Heng, People & Organization Head, Novartis Malaysia.
