Pantai Hospital Cheras Receives Accreditation Award From The Malaysian Society For Quality in Healthcare (MSQH)

 

 

Pantai Hospitals Committed to Quality Service and Excellence in Healthcare

Pantai Hospital Cheras (PHC) has been awarded three years accreditation by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH), making it the first non-purpose built hospital in the country to receive the prestigious recognition for complying the MSQH standards.

 

The presentation ceremony of the Certificate of Accreditation by MSQH President, Datin Paduka Siti Sa’adiah Sheikh Bakir to Ms. Chong Siet Fong, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pantai Hospital Cheras was held at PHC witnessed by Dr. Noraini Binti Baba, Director of Medical Practice Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia and Tan Sri Datuk Mohamed Khatib Abdul Hamid, Chairman of Pantai Holdings Berhad.

 

“This is very important milestone for PHC and this achievement would not have seen made possible without our consultants, doctors, nurses and supporting staff working together as a team.  Commitment to excellence is the basis of the teamwork evident in PHC.and has resulted in our success,” said Ms Chong Siet Fong, CEO of PHC.

As one of the MSQH accredited hospitals, PHC has undergone a detailed comparison process against a set of national standards, in line with the worldwide direction and developments in healthcare accreditation and standards. The accreditation is an important milestone for PHC in its continuous efforts to deliver quality healthcare services to the community.
