Prince Court Medical Centre (PCMC), Kuala Lumpur 's JCI-accredited private healthcare facility has been awarded three years accreditation by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH).

Present to commemorate the launch and to present the Certificate of Accreditation was MSQH Councilor YBhg Dato' Dr S. Noor Ghani to Mr. Stuart Rowley, Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre. The event took place at its premises and was witnessed by Deputy Minister of Health Malaysia , Yang Berhormat Datuk Rosnah Bte Hj Abdul Rashid Shirlin.

Speaking at the congratulatory speech, Datuk Rosnah said, “I am pleased to see that our combined efforts are bringing us closer to Vision 2020 where one of the challenges identified is to establish a fully caring society. Accreditation allows us to say it out loud that we care. Accreditation also allows us to improve and ensure that no one will be left out.”

The MSQH is a non-profit and independent organisation which ensures continuous quality improvement in healthcare services and facilities in Malaysia . It is affiliated with the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) a federated structure that oversees programs for healthcare accreditation worldwide.

L ocal and foreign patients can rest assured that they are being treated by a credible hospital which has undergone an external review of its quality and Patient Safety standards. Additionally, with the MSQH Hospital Accreditation, Prince Court Medical Centre has met the national accreditation healthcare facilities and services obligations that is internationally recognised.” Dato' Dr. Noor Ghani, Councilor of MSQH said.
